Now mobile apps will also run on your computer, very soon Microsoft will bring new features

Gone are the days when any new application was designed only for computers. You must have noticed that in the last few years, most tech companies are putting more emphasis on making mobile applications instead of computers. This is why most popular apps are now available for mobile rather than a computer. But now very soon you will be able to use mobile apps on a computer as well (Mobile Apps on Computer). Let’s tell what is going to change.

According to the information received, tech giant Microsoft is working on a project that will make mobile applications compatible with computers. Microsoft named this project ‘Latte’.

What will be special in this?

Experts say that Windows 10 is being updated. After these changes, developers can make the application compatible with computers other than mobile by making slight changes in their codes. App developers will be able to run their Android app directly on the Windows app with a slight change in the codes.

According to Windows Central reports, developers have to package their Android apps according to MSIX format and submit it to Microsoft Office. MSIX is a Windows App package format that provides a modern packaging experience to all Windows apps.

Currently, users can run the Android app on their PCs through the app ‘Your Phone’ made for Windows 10. However, it can be used only from some Samsung phones.

With Project Latte, developers will now be able to bring their apps on Windows 10 which were not available. Project Latte, however, will not support the Play service, as Google does not allow this service to be installed anywhere except the native Android app and Chrome OSS.
