Modi will inaugurate India Mobile Congress
Telecom industry body COAI has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the fourth ‘India Mobile Congress’ starting on 8 December. The fourth edition of this event of the telecommunications industry will be held for the first time through ‘Video Conference’ due to Coronavirus epidemic. This program will run for three days.
The Director General of the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), Lieutenant General SP Kochhar confirmed the outline of the program. According to Kochhar, Reliance Industries Ltd Chairman Mukesh Ambani, Bharti Group founder and chairman Sunil Bharti Mittal, Vodafone Idea Executive Chairman KM Birla and Union Ministers Ravi Shankar Prasad and Sanjay Dhotre will be present during the inaugural session.
