Good news for HCL employees, company will give outright special bonus, when will we get to know?
Well-known IT company HCL Technologies on Monday announced a special bonus of more than 700 crore rupees outright to its employees. According to news, HCL Tech said in a statement that special bonuses will be paid to employees in February 2021, and the impact will be on the EBIT (interest and tax) for FY 2020-21 as stated by the company last month. Prior income is not included in the forecasts.
Ten days salary equal bonus
According to the news, HCL Technologies said that it is issuing a one-time special bonus to its employees across the world, with a total amount of more than Rs 700 crore, on the occasion of crossing the USD 10 billion income level in the year 2020. The statement said that on this happy occasion, all employees with a year or more service will get a bonus equal to ten days’ salary.

Apparao VV, chief human resources (HR) officer of HCL Technologies, said that despite the epidemic, every member of the HCL family showed their strong commitment and passion and contributed to the growth of the organization. As of 31 December 2020, HCL’s full-time workforce was 159682.
The company’s revenue calendar crossed $10 billion in the year 2020. It recorded a growth of 3.6 percent on an annual basis. The company described its employees as its most valuable asset.
