Sundar Pichai said in his email, ‘Since work hours in the office will be focused on collaboration, your product area and functioning will determine which days the teams will come to the office together. Along with this, there will be many such works, due to which nature of work may be required to come to the office for more than three days in a week.

With this, Google employees will be able to work for 20 days every year from any place other than their main office. Earlier this limit was 10 days.
