Once you walk with the help of the Paced Walking feature, you will get more and more heart points every minute from Google Fit. For this, you had to do more than 100 walks every minute. In this way, every minute you would get one heart point.
Do 150 minutes of physical activity every week
The American Heart Association and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week.
