Hyundai Alcazar SUV got more than 11000 bookings in 30 days, till now the company has sold 5600 units.
Hyundai’s first 7-seater SUV Alcazar has received good response from the customers. Within a month, this car has got more than 11,000 bookings. Both its petrol and diesel variants have seen demand. Since its launch, the company has sold 5,600 units of it. Let us know that Alcazar was launched on 18 June. The company had started pre-booking it even before its launch.
Tarun Garg, Director, Sales, Marketing and Service, Hyundai Motor India said, “Alcazar has received an overwhelming response from customers, garnering over 11,000 bookings in less than a month since its launch. Reflects our customers’ affinity for premium packages.”
Engine and Variant
This car will get two engine options. The first is the third generation petrol engine and the second is the 1.5 liter diesel engine. Talking about its petrol engine, this engine generates power of 159ps and torque of 191Nm. It comes in 3 variants. The first variant is Prestige, second Platinum and third Signature. All variants are available in petrol and diesel engine options. It is also available with 7 and 6 seater options.
Speed and Driving Mode
Regarding the speed of the car, the company claims that it can catch a speed of 0 to 100 km in just 10 seconds. 3 driving modes are being given in this SUV, in which the first is Eco, second is Sport and third is City mode.
The interior of the car
It has given captain seat in the second row of Alcazar. It will be equipped with a touchscreen infotainment system with Blue Line connected car technology, ventilated seats, flat-bottom steering wheel, 360-degree camera, panoramic sunroof and many more. For safety, features like 6 airbags, vehicle stability management, anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brake force distribution (EBD) will be available.

Price ranges from Rs.16,30,300 to Rs.19,99,000 Lakh, ex-showroom, of Alcazar. In India, it is competing with Toyota Innova (Rs 16.53 lakh ex-showroom), MG Hector Plus (13.63 lakh ex-showroom), Mahindra XUV500 (14.24 lakh).
