New update for Telegram: 1000 people can now join group video calls

Instant messaging app Telegram has released a major update, after which 1,000 people will now be able to join Telegram’s group video calls. Telegram has released the feature of group video calling only last month. Let us know that Telegram will get a lot of benefit from WhatsApp’s new privacy policy.

There are reports that up to 1000 viewers will be able to join Telegram’s group video calls, although only a maximum of 30 people will still be able to join as members. Telegram says that during the video call, you will be able to participate in a lecture as a viewer.

The good thing is that the viewers will get a chance to watch in high resolution. Telegram has said in a statement that users can also record their videos. Users will also get a chance to zoom during the video call.

Let us know that in June this year, Telegram has launched the group video call feature. Mobile and desktop users can take advantage of this new update of Telegram. Telegram’s group video calling competes with Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Apple FaceTime. In Telegram’s group video calls, users will also get support for animated backgrounds and animated emoji. The new update also brings a special menu for bots.

Another feature will be available in this new update of Telegram and that is that you can convert your group audio calls into video calls as well. For this, users have to click on the camera icon during audio calling. After the start of the video call, you can pin a group member.
